Braised Collard Greens



1) Heat a large saucepan over medium. Add bacon and cook until just crisp, about 5 minutes, stirring. Add onion; cook until translucent, stirring, about 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, stirring, about 1 minute.

2) Add greens to saucepan; stir well until leaves begin to wilt, about 3 minutes. Add broth; bring to a boil over high heat. Lower to a simmer and cook until greens are softened, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Add vinegar; stir well. Serve with hot sauce.
