Tangerine Beef Stir-Fry



1) Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and oil in a medium bowl; whisk well. Add steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

2) In a small bowl, whisk together juice, sherry, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar; set aside.

3) Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high. Remove steak from marinade, shaking off excess liquid. Add to wok and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.

4) Add reserved juice mixture to wok; heat until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add green onion and tangerine segments; cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
