Steamed Ginger Bass



1) Season bass on all sides with salt and pepper. Place on a heavy oven-safe plate.

2) In a small bowl, whisk together green onion, ginger, oil, soy sauce, and sherry. Brush glaze over surface of bass.

3) Place water in a wok; bring to a boil over high heat. Place a rack over the wok; place plate of bass onto rack and cover with foil. Cook 10 minutes, until bass flakes easily. Serve immediately.
