Long Life Noodles

Wish your guest a long life with a simple, yet satisfying, noodle stir-fry.



1) Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2) Prepare sauce: Combine all ingredients in small bowl; set aside.

3) Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant, stirring, about 30 seconds. Add mushrooms; cook until softened, stirring, about 3 minutes. Add cabbage and green onion; cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes, stirring.

4) Add reserved noodles and sauce to wok; cook until noodles are golden and sauce is absorbed, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. Serve.
