Maple Vanilla Bread Pudding



1) Preheat oven to 375F. Generously grease a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.

2) Whisk eggs, cream, maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl. Add Brioche; stir well to coat completely. Let stand 30 minutes.

3) Bake until thickened and golden, about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; slice and serve warm with ice cream.
