Strawberry Cream Rice Pudding



1) Combine milk, rice, coriander, cardamom, and cloves in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce to a simmer and cook until rice is very soft, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour.

2) Add condensed milk, strawberries, and zest to rice mixture; simmer until very thick and creamy, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
