Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwiches


4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices soft white bread
4 tablespoons butter


1) Place 1 slice cheddar and 1 slice Swiss cheese between 2 slices of bread, making 4 sandwiches. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When bubbles subside, add sandwiches to skillet; gently press with spatula. Cook until golden on one side, about 3 minutes; flip and cook until cheese is fully melted, about 3 additional minutes. Serve.
