Tofu Cashew Burgers



1) Combine tofu, eggs, beans, bread crumbs, cashews, juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a food processor; pulse until fully combined but not completely smooth. Add hot sauce to taste; pulse to mix.

2) For mixture into six round patties with hands; flatten slightly and place on a wax-lined plate.

3) Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy large skillet over medium-high. Add patties, three at a time, to skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes total. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add remaining 3 burgers to skillet and cook, adding additional 1 tablespoon oil if needed.

4) Serve on toasted buns with favorite burger fixings.
