Chili-Grilled Sweet Potatoes

These chili-rubbed sweet potatoes take the starchy side dish to a whole new level.



1) Preheat grill to medium-high.

2) Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add sweet potatoes and cook until just soft, about 8 minutes. Drain immediately.

3) Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; add drained sweet potatoes and turn to coat. Place sweet potatoes on grill and cook until lightly charred on each side, turning once, about 10 minutes total. Serve warm.
