Linguine with Crab, Basil, and Prosciutto



1) Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat; add linguine and cook until al dente, about 9 to 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2) Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium skillet over medium. Add garlic, zest, and red pepper; cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes, stirring. Add crabmeat and prosciutto; cook until just warmed, about 3 minutes, stirring.

3) Add reserved linguine to skillet; cook until mixed and wart, stirring. Season with salt and pepper; add lemon juice to taste and serve.
