Traditional Corn Relish

Somewhere between pickled relish and corn salsa, this traditional recipe goes back to pioneer days of dining. Serve this sweet corn relish with summer fare, such as hot dogs, burgers, pork chops, and picnic salads.



1) Combine all ingredients in a large pot; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook 20 minutes, uncovered. Store in sterilized jars up to 3 weeks.
