Traditional Goulash Noodles



1) Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add beef and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes total. Remove and set aside.

2) Add onion and bell pepper to skillet; cook until softened and light golden, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and paprika; cook until fragrant, stirring, about 1 minute.

3) Add tomatoes and reserved beef; bring to a boil over high heat. Lower to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes.

4) Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil; add noodles and cook until soft, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

5) To serve, toss noodles and sauce together. Serve immediately.
