Best Buttered Noodles



1) Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain completely and set aside.

2) Meanwhile, melt butter over low in a large skillet; add cinnamon and pine nuts. Cook until pine nuts are fragrant and butter turns golden brown, about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3) Add reserved noodles and cheese to skillet; toss to mix and serve immediately.
