BBQ Lamb Moussaka Burgers



1) Preheat grill.

2) Combine beef, onion, cinnamon, salt, allspice, and pepper in a large bowl. Form into beef patties; grill until cooked, about 8 minutes. Set aside.

3) Brush eggplant on both sides with oil. Cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 3 minutes total. Set aside.

4) To assemble the burgers, place one beef patty on a bun. Top with a slice of eggplant, barbeque sauce, and cheese. Top with remaining bun and serve.
