Spider Roll Sushi

I first had this recipe in Hawaii at a small sushi restaurant in Honolulu.


8 sheets of seaweed
2 cups of sticky rice
3 tablespoons of crab meat
1 cup of cut cucumber
1/2 a cup of cut carrots
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 clove of ginger
1 teaspoon of onion powder
about a handful of bread crumbs


First, take a sheet of seaweed and lay it out flat on the table. Lay the sticky rice down in the middle.

Cut up your crab meat and lay it down on the rice. Then add cucumber and carrots (already cut). Place as much avocado as desired. Shake the onion powder on. Then shake on the bread crumbs. Serve with soya sauce and a clove of ginger.
