Herbed Pasta

A simple pasta dish that is creamy, delicious, and surprisingly easy to make. Yogurt takes the place of heavy cream sauces and fattening cheeses, and instead imparts a tangy flavor to this simple dish. Ready in just minutes, this is the perfect weeknight dinner, especially when paired with crusty bread and a glass of wine.



1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water, according to package instructions. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.

2. Return pasta to large stock pot and toss with olive oil. Mix in chives, basil, dill, yogurt, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper, tossing well to combine.

3. Warm pasta over low heat, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula, being careful not to overheat yogurt.

4. Remove from heat. Toss with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
